Custom Products

Because all of our items are made to order and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or design preferences. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact form] with photos of the issue.

• We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost, or

• Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/customized products (unless damaged or incorrect).

• Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
